At NFN Management Consultancy, we deliver executive and technical advisory built on direct operating experience, not theory. Founded by Dr. Fahd (Fred) Bakour, who has run construction and industrial groups at the scale where mistakes are expensive: a $2.67B P&L as Chief Executive, $4B+ delivered, 18,000 staff led across ten operating companies. NFN brings board-level judgement and real execution to every engagement.

Our services span corporate management (governance, operating models and board reporting) and construction project management (cost control, BOQ validation, contract administration and claims analysis). AI is built into how we deliver both, used to sharpen speed and analysis, always reviewed and signed off personally before it reaches you.
